How the wheel is organized

The 12 archetypes cluster into four families of three. Soul drivers (Innocent, Sage, Explorer) seek meaning and truth. Ego drivers (Rebel, Hero, Magician) push for a mark on the world. Social drivers (Everyman, Lover, Jester) seek belonging and connection. Order drivers (Caregiver, Creator, Ruler) want structure and legacy. Each archetype sits opposite its shadow, the motivation that would dilute it if you tried to mix them.
